Too Much Sexual Harrassment Sexual harassment is rampant. Employees here bring unprofessionalism to a new level. What is considered ?okay? for employee behavior at Deallus would have resulted in termination anywhere else. Senior mgmt. doesn?t do anything because the employees are ?valuable assets? to the firm. Principals (who only have enough experience of a mid level role at any other firm) are more concerned about reversing the company?s plummeting sales than they are about maintain any modicum of professionalism in the office.
