Management was disorganized. Messages to employees were inconsistent and highly irregular. Executives did not behave in a manner I would have expected them to behave. Is it appropriate to become fall down drunk in front of your employees? If you were not part of the "in crowd" then good luck with any sort of advancement in the company.
