Example of How NOT to Behave
Management was disorganized. Messages to employees were inconsistent and highly irregular. Executives did not behave in a manner I would have expected them to behave. Is it appropriate to become fall down drunk in front of your employees? If you were not part of the "in crowd" then good luck with any sort of advancement in the company. Never any real path for career development or advancement, despite being told about a great program the company had. Job description changed constantly and never felt comfortable to discuss with management for fear or retaliation.
