RUN EVERYTHING. You will have no life. Upper management blames EVERYTHING on you. Even things you had no control over, literally. This place is an absolute mess and you will be working at least 12 hour days making pennies. Forget about getting a side job or weekend job, it is frowned upon. Empty promises - you will not be promoted.
