Poor Fiscal Management Money management very poor. Programs don't get their supplies. Management always looking for ways to turn government or foundation funding into general dollars for other items. Use funded program grant money for unfunded programs such as after school robbing funded programs of needed program supplies. CEO is a micro manager who expects employees to answer their cell phones on their day off. Gives extra responsibilities to employees without compensation. CEO will "punish" you for not taking time away from your family for Agency business to make her life easier. CEO lacks self-confidence and skill to lead agency. Will tell employees their is no money for additional compensation and then use funding for programs to build a new conference room or make improvements to her own office.

I do not understand any negative rating. In a time of pandemic, the agency, led by Rita has gone above and beyond in helping people. In my experience the entire team has been honorable and with integrity. They are honest and trustworthy and only a disgruntled employee would write anything negative.

Professional development is the key to working with Rita. Everyday the new conference room is filled with staff watching and learning in order to become better in their management skills. I have learned to work with my budgets, manage staff and help my participating families. I have been given full authority to oversee my programs with the guidance of the upper managers led by Rita.
