Where creativity and quality goes to die. This review is primarily for the company values and the higher-ups. The company (ceo, core values) care very little for their employees. * However, my immediate director was a fantastic support for me in my first year of development. As well as my two senior developers who mentored when time allowed. (Which to be fair to them, wasn't often). Other than the usual impostor syndrome in your first year of development I can describe this experience as being thrown to the wolves. Primarily due to the ridiculously unrealistic timelines for both design and development teams. Unfortunately by the time the design/development team members hear of the timeline we've already been told the deadline and preemptively been thrown under the bus. The culture here is a culture of blame. Constantly they want to know who's fault it is. That alone made my experience toxic. This is not a collaborative environment, it's an agency that does quick work. From a development standpoint..... given the timelines, it's quick, cheap, flawed work.
