1980s Wall Street Everything.... Management plays favorites and takes financial advantage of their employees. The CEO will go around your back to trade with your accounts and lie to your face about the trades. When you go on a vacation they will reassign your sectors with no notice, then pretend to be too busy to talk about it when you return. Management does not comply with legally binding employment documents, and as a result they have multiple lawsuits now for back pay. The firm does not conduct due diligence on their employees, hiring multiple traders/brokers with questionable backgrounds. They do not conduct proper KCY with new clients. If the firm had a real HR department there would be even more lawsuits. I've seen numerous accounts of inappropriate contact, abuse, and office language. When these are brought up, management brushes away these claims. They conduct eating competitions for new interns/employees that are probably starving because they get paid like its 1950.
