A demoralizing experience; would not recommend. On the surface, this place seems like a fun startup environment. Within weeks or even days you begin to see the cracks: extreme disorganization, inexperience at the highest level, an inability to retain talent, and worst of all, rampant abusive behavior by the founder. Outbursts are frequent, and the staff feels like they're constantly walking on eggshells to avoid inciting a tirade. The work environment is tense at best, and deeply unsettling and unhealthy at its worst. Delusions run deep about the future success of the company. If this behavior persists unchecked, it?s simply unsustainable. Other cons include low pay, long hours (often due to poor time management), low morale, high turnover. The company policy of "unlimited PTO" is a selling point that turns out to be a farce.
