Absolutely Horrible! Lack of training Hostile work environment Unfriendly coworkers who are disrespectful The most senior person at the company is unbearable to work with. Stay clear of this company for anyone who?s possibly interested in either applying or accepting an offer letter. They promise to reimburse expenses but I?ve yet to see my check come through. The most senior person at the company will make you feel uneasy and approves of ?the employees? disrespecting each other. I was told it?s the French way of things. A head hunter found me this job and after 2 months I was told that I wasn?t performing up to par. I?ve been in the industry for 7 years and have NEVER failed at a job. The companies lack of training and horrible management should structure the company so employees succeed. Do NOT Work here! My advice is to decline an offer! Don?t believe the goods they sell you during the interview, I guarantee your job will include more responsibilities than originally discussed. If you?re looking to work for an agency that has no teams or help, no talking in an office, constant disrespect, and 0 training.....proceed at your own risk. I really hope this review helps the next person they try to fool.
