Account Executive The CEO doesn't listen to or talk to employees. The CEO is unfortunately quite dishonest when it comes to employees. There is a sense of favoritism when accounts are distributed. Unfortunately their was always an issue with receiving commissions. Finally the manager is the worst thing about this company, I witnessed 10-12 people leave the company in a 6 -9 month span strictly due to her incompetency. Never met someone more unfit for the title they held. Outside of her lack of experience, lack of ideas, and the fact that she recycled sales tactics from the 80's. Simply was not a good person which led to many good employees quitting and seeking positions elsewhere.
