As a business, they operate senselessly and without clear and concise direction. They have ever changing, unrealistic expectations of growth. The goals you set are near impossible to achieve because they fail to implement new ideas. As an employee (regardless of your level or tenure), you are a puppet to the leadership team and your contributions are not valued. You will work day and night trying to keep up with the demands of your superiors and the business (which seem to change by the hour). All of your work will go unnoticed. Again, don?t be fooled. D?Artagnan is a terrible place to work. Morals: they have none. It?s always ?business as usual? at D?Artagnan no matter the circumstance, there are no exceptions.
