No Job Security, they will HIRE you today and FIRE you tomorrow. 2. politics play by insiders are way better than INDIAN politics, ex- you report to the office by 9:30 and all of a sudden middle of nowhere BOSS will call you and Ask you to quit or force you to Resign. 3.No Professional Environment, corporation school is much better compare to this organisation/ Irony is everyday they set up new policy and circulars and you have to follow it for a day and Next day you'll surprised by new policy which is contrary to the old one. 4.They Expect the overnight Results in Sales. Means you join today and they will ask you result by tomorrow or the day after, on the other hand there are tenured guys who is sitting idle from past 6 months without doing anything. 5. There is no Challenges in this company or Opportunity to learn new thing. 6.They don't recognize your Hardwork nor Appreciate the good things.
