an unhealthy center very top down power structure, all mid level managers have been selected because of their lack of will/ability to stand up for employee and client interests. Constant turnover makes it impossible to implement change or have continuity of care for patients. The operations department regularly dictate how medical care is provided. There is no nursing support - providers give all the immunizations and injections. Staff (including medical providers) are held to standards but not given the tools needed to meet them. Everyone either works incredibly late without overtime pay or turns in sub-standard work
