AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Don't Ruin Your Career! First piece of advice I can offer you is to AVOID this company and head for the hills! If you value your time, career and self worth then its simply not worth the headache. Job titles and responsibilities don't mean anything, you can be a senior analyst and be asked to be the receptionist for the whole week. Totalitarian style of having to meet 40 hours via fingerprint scanner or else your vacation time is deducted to compensate. It's a disgustingly easy way to catch the flu!!! Vacation time is only 10 days for the whole year, no separate time off for sick days. This doesn't increase over time. The senior that runs the main floor is arrogant on the best of days and downright unprofessional when cursing out employees on the worst of days. Some people in the world are not meant to manage other human beings, this is one of them. Expect to be micromanaged to death, NO JOKING. Working at Kraus USA is like being in federal prison at times. There are no cubicles just an open cafeteria style table with no privacy or breathing room. Sexual harassment also takes place with certain individuals making others heavily uncomfortable needless to say. Talent and personnel are not utilized properly AT ALL unless you carve out your own niche. Unfortunately politics is part of the core fabric of Kraus USA, from the second you walk in the door its like a never ending episode of Game of Thrones. I've seen colleagues get tossed under the bus and fired for no legit reason other than their supervisors lying or not liking the person. In regards to pay they often lie and make promises to get you to work for them only for them to never deliver upon the terms. Most people have to play the chasing and waiting game to get what they deserve. FYI - They force everyone to attend a tradeshow that takes place once a year. Special Bonus ! - If you are a salaried worker, your paycheck will NOT be consistent since they do everything manually ... All in the name of saving money. In special cases they may even forget to pay you altogether unless you bring it to their attention. HR doesn't exist, there is no employee portal to check your vacation day accrual. Perhaps its the Russian way of working comrade?
