Avoid at all costs. Please. This place is horrendous. You have to work for free for first 3 months, then $300 for next three, then $600 for next three, then $900. That is if he doesn't tell you he'll give a $100 or $200 raise instead of $300 due to your performance. Then the cap is at $1,100 or so. While working here, you will wonder why you chose architecture, thinking flipping burgers at McDonald's will get you much higher wage. Like, five-fold. In order to keep this quiet, he uses graduates who are international and afraid to voice their rights. I personally saw an employee having to prove his full-time employment to his lawyer, which he was (working 'til 7 everyday), but the principal said no due to legal reasons. The employee even offered to give him his personal money so he would meet minimum wage and say yes! He still said no. The nerve of this guy! If you still want to work here, good luck making $1.50 an hour, that is, after 3 months of free labor and he thinks you're worth $300.
