AVOID SALES!!! Aside from the Unprofessional atmosphere & lack of company Structure you will chasing down every dollar owed to you for EXPENSES and COMMISSIONS rightfully owed to you. You will not be told upfront that the 1st quarter (3 months) that you are selling you will not be paid for those commissions and have no real way to track down actual sales. Your territory is constantly in question and HOUSE ACCOUNTS appear inconveniently so they dont have to give you $ credit on your commissions reports. Overall, if youre unable to negotiate a decent base salary that you can live off of DONT BOTHER accepting a position. The company is in constant financial difficulty and they have no problem using thier employees owed funds as a company crutch.
