Avoid unless you desperately need money
No respect from anyone or anything -Get seen as a tool rather than as a person -They want you to work 9-5 everyday and make sure your breaks are long enough so you don't get benefits -Severely underpaid, they wanted to keep paying me as a recruiter but have me do the work of an Associate Project Manager -Some of the project managers were not nice when I was there. One snapped at me when I was still relatively new after I asked her a question. Then they give you a bunch of attitude for messing something up and not asking questions. You can't win -Management has their favorites. I've witnessed some bullying just within management itself. -Management is overworked so they have very little patience at times. -They practically took advantage of me while I was there since they claimed they couldn't give me a proper raise as promised due to COVID but still had me doing work of an associate project manager where they got paid significantly more -It's pretty much cold-calling even though they claim that it's not since it's a client list or from their database. I made 87 calls one time and absolutely no one from that list was interested -They wanted to keep me as part time on the payroll, so I changed my schedule to reflect a pt schedule, and they got annoyed and sassy with me whenever they fell behind and I wouldn't agree to working on my day off (I honestly had other things to do on these days) -Everyone wants quit. The only reason they haven't is because they haven't found another job yet -In meetings, sometimes higher ups would blatantly call people out in front of everyone, embarrassing them and making them feel stupid and incompetent. Please just keep looking unless you really need the little bit of money that they pay. You will be frustrated every day, and be underpaid while doing multiple extra tasks outside of your role.
