Bad Company Overall Don't know where to start. Management doesn't like suggestions, even when they asked for it. There is always a person roaming around with target on their back. It's managers job to make the person either quit or fire them. Once the person is gone, they move to the next person. They take pride in hiring new immigrants/new grads, stating that no one else wanted you in the industry so be thankful for the opportunity we are giving you. Pay is low and they promise a 5K jump, which never happens because there is always something wrong with your work or performance. You spend more time in the meeting rooms explaining your work than actually being productive. Even if someone is given the job of being your mentor, manager still needs to sit down with you to go over the same thing mentor did 5 mins ago. CEO is the worst. I have no idea how this company is in business with so much attitude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this place. Everyone I knew from Casale was either let go or they left.
