Bad Leadership Overall Leadership could use some seminars/classes on how to be more effective, unbiased, unpolitical, not be sexist, and to be more professional. The company is ran like a car dealership and like to cannibalize each other. Women in leadership positions are unprofessional, "catty", jealous, and lack dignity. My prior boss yelled at me all the time and embarrassed me infront of my colleagues, instead of being supportive and professional.
