Beware, everything is not what it seems
There are a few cons. The positions do not pay a liveable wage. It takes 30 days before getting your first paycheck and then you're paid on the 15th and 30th. Training is terrible, they give you a binder and tell you to memorize it so that you can be tested at the end of the training. If you do not memorize it fast enough they will fire you. The trainer just reads the binder to you and expects you to get it. There is no room for growth. The managers are inexperienced and micromanage. They make up policies as they go. There is favoritism and unfair treatment. When I was hired I was given misleading information in my interview.
