Business Office is the worst area in the hospital The management in patient accounts IS terrible. They consistently talk down in regards to other managers/ directors of other areas in the hospital. They notoriously say one thing and then do another. Favoritism was the worst and quite obvious - despite going above and beyond and constantly getting phenomenal feedback from other departments about your work.
