Ceci New York - Fake, Fraudulent, and Toxic The owners of Ceci New York - Ceci (Lisa) Johnson (Founder and Creative Director) and her husband Alan Johnson (President and COO) - are super fake. Most of the positive reviews (certainly all of the recent ones) on this site - as has been said repeatedly by others on here - are either written by Ceci or Alan, or by an employee who has been required to write them. This is just one example not only of what fraudsters these people are, but how terribly they treat their employees (seriously, who coerces their employees to say nice things about them?). It's a downright hostile and toxic work environment. That's why the turnover is super high. Almost everyone who works here is - and has been - looking for a new job for a long time, but it's hard for them to do so because of their non-competes (which are illegal). Ceci and Alan are apparently also trying to abandon Ceci New York's profile page. They've changed the Ceci New York company overview to say that Ceci New York is headquartered in Seattle, is in Consumer Products Manufacturing, and has revenues of $500 million to $1 billion. They've also changed the website URL in their profile on this page. Like I said, fraudsters.
