Changing Strategy, Poor Operational outlook
Consistently changing commercial Strategy with multiple factions not collaborating effectively or not at all. Due to the severity of lack of collaboration, groups will take on their own initiatives and priorities and not inform other groups. The systems/operations are not updated which is odd for a pre-ipo environment, limiting the reporting and sales operational capabilities. For being a start-up it is influenced by antiquated processes. The products complexity and lack of enablement limits its path to success. There is also a subversive and inner circle element that will determine the course of a meeting prior to the meeting itself which is very negative. There is little tolerance beyond the already ill conceived conclusion by the inner circle. I would not recommend this company as a good place to work.
