Consider working for another agency... Definitely consider the other reviews on here before working at CBX. The agency has promising clients, however management is very dysfunctional and can get over involved in projects. The agency is a revolving door and people leave every other week because they aren't satisfied with management's involvement. Very long working hours and everyone is expected to pitch in for any and all PR activities. If I were to describe the work atmosphere in one word it would be: stressed. The agency is severely understaffed and everyone is expected to work overtime/some weekends to get the work done. There are several employees who are particularly unfriendly as well and that makes working as a team difficult. Be warned that they play favorites with long time staff.
