Contractor for TSA: HOSTILE work environment. DON'T APPLY!!! Hostile ENVIRONMENT! They don't give verbal warnings just write you up and retaliate. Sexual harrassment runs rampant. Management doesn't listen and are the first to retaliate. Can't get a work schedule that is reliable but constantly changing even on the same day. If you are a favorite you are lucky if not you can't do anything right& they watch you like a hawk & are ready to accuse you without asking for your side & if they do they call you a liar. Turnaround is constant, some don't even stay three weeks before quitting without giving notice. There is nothing pro about this place & am looking for another job.
