Covering Up for a Fall Where to begin? Well, for one, don't listen to the recent reviews; those are all made up by the company to boost their rating and obscure the pages of negative reviews. So! Training. When I went through the process, I was trained for a month on Oracle, and loved it. When it came time to work? I was placed on the SQL team and offered no additional support. The DOC area was sequestered away from every other team, on its own HVAC system. Which lead to a poorly ventilated room where sickness circulated and unwashed employees left their funk. And if you made a single mistake that trickled down to the database team? At best, you'd get verbally raked over the coals in public. At worst, they would fire you to appease their clients. As an aside, their selling point used to be 100% stateside tech support. Which is now untrue and honestly more than a bit racist. And your paycheck? Might be high, might be low. No one could predict it, to the point that we called the accounting process "magic numbers". In short: RDX is an embarrassing tech bro company that's being run into the ground by investors.
