Crazy town, crazy CEO Neither the pay nor the benefits would make working at Adesso a smart move. The President and CEO is absolutely nuts. He gets angry at the drop of a hat and will publicly humiliate associates - in front of clients as well as in front of their colleagues. I have never seen such a poor example of a manager. The term ?leader? wouldn?t even be considered to be applied to Fred. He is an egomaniac. The positive reviews posted here were either posted by him or one of his (not sure how or why) kool-aid drinking minions. He will send multiple emails (some with clients intentionally left on the receiving end - he doesn?t try to hide the crazy from anyone!). Throughout the day and night and expect each to be answered separately and immediately. His expectation is that every employee is ?on? essentially 24 hours a day; 365 per year. He demonstrates a complete and total disregard for anyone?s personal time and has the same lack of respect for anyone?s feelings. For him, there is no such thing as constructive feedback - he would never consider ways to help an employee improve or grow - he would simply focus on humiliation and berating. Listen to the reviews and STAY AWAY!!!
