Dead End Company Where to even begin? The owner is in his 70's and is shockingly out of touch with the "real world" and how companies do business in 2019. He puts in absolutely ZERO effort to communicate with his employees and only cares about pocketing someone elses commissions. He also sits in his office most days and gambles online for hours on his ipad, while the rest of the staff (the 6 people that are working) are hard at work trying to fill client orders. He holds pointless meetings on a daily basis and repeats the same information he has been regurgitating since 1991. Very out of date. The other managers are no better than he is and are truly some of the most selfish/jerryatric people that are still operating in the recruiting world. They refuse to hear any employees thoughts or opinions and believe that if a certain recruiting method worked in 1991, then it should be able to work now....right? Nope. They are a dead company with no direction and are operating in a very immoral/unethical capacity.
