Disgusting way to run an agency Abuse. Take that however you want, but there is abuse at Ferncliff Manor. Lack of education amongst upper level and senior employees. Nepotism is among the worst I've ever seen at a place of business. Everybody knows somebody or is related to somebody else. And if your not, be prepared to suffer. No structure for the children. Nothing gets learned. Only a few more of the same sheets get colored everyday. If you are liked by the people in higher positions you can get away with anything you want (refer to first point made). If you are disliked, you will be fired the first chance they get.
