Disorganized madhouse There's no benefits, not enough PTO, you don't get paid enough, you aren't trained properly, you're treated like a child if you remotely do things out of motion, and it's a sexist environment where you are only taken seriously if you're a man. People cannot grow there because the management is so disorganized, you are told one thing one day and the complete opposite the next day. You think you're valuable and the next thing you find out they don't respect you at all. If they have everything they will come across as generous and considerate. If they're struggling their true colors will show.
