Accusatory, manipulative, and bullying management strategies. Amy Grillo uses intimidation and falsehoods in order to undermine employee competencies -Billing is a NIGHTMARE. COMPANY REQUIRES UNNECESSARY AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK AT A STANDARD THAT IS NOT DICTATED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. BILLING AND PAPERWORK WAS THE MOST DEMANDING PART OF THE JOB. OTHER AGENCIES DO NOT REQUIRE NEARLY AS MUCH PAPER WORK. -Unprofessional behavior regarding unannounced site visits. Rude demeanor when interacting with school staff. -Terrible health insurance options. High deductible plans with poor benefits and high paycheck deductions. Not to mention, they are not organized with open enrollment which often led to employees only having a few hours to choose their plan. -Puppeteer HR. You can never tell HR anything in confidence because everything is directly looped back to owners. HR is worthless and not organized. Messes up insurance, medical forms, and licensing paperwork. -Absolutely no concrete written policies in place. Owners often change policies in order to fit their narrative. Rules are constantly changing without warning or written notice which ultimately negatively impacts the employee. -Company promises reimbursement for PD however never follows through with actually refunding employees. -Mandatory monthly meetings not dictated in contract. If you do not attend these "mandatory meetings" you are required to write a journal review (also not included in contract). -Forced clinicians to take after school home visit cases. This is not specified upon signing contract. This was not a universal requirement for all employees - only those who are favorites are exempted from home visits. -Company bombards employees with redundant, unnecessary, and excessive emails. -Amy Grillo is unprofessional and passive aggressive with clear favorites. She doesn't try to hide it either. -Leadership was known to 'snoop' or extensively monitor employee email and/or computer time. -Pinning employees against one another (stating one employee is better than other). Amy Grillo openly discusses and defames other clinicians with employees. -Owners are married and often let their marital dynamic impact their leadership. So awkward. -Forced ? mandatory? clinical updates. Requiring clinicians to submit "journal" updates and were penalized if not uploaded. However - not included within contract. -COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OF STANDARDIZED ASSESSMENTS. UNETHICAL!! -Passive aggressive regarding quality of session notes. -Owners were manipulative with pushing back meetings regarding requests for pay increase. **OVERALL - OWNERS ARE MANIPULATIVE AND NOT ETHICAL. DO NOT WORK HERE. IT IS A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. **
