Do not work here. The interview process is very inaccurate to what will actually happen during your employment. So when it sounds too good to be true it is. There are a lot of issues internally and too many to mention. HR is in the UK and very unaware of the US and NY state laws and that is very scary. The culture is very difficult to relate to if you are American. It seems like a great place for people to get a visa and work however if you are American you will not be happy here because they base their company off of Uk laws which is very different. They will not apply your experience to a position. Instead they will make you start at the lowest level possible to save money. Once they realize your potential it is most likely too late and you will already be on your way out. I am grateful for the friends i made and the things I?ve learned. I?ve learned how important it is to value people, to be transparent, and to create genuine career paths where people can make money. Instead the owner has a mansion, the few people who make money are living very well and do not feel bad when they hear their associates are struggling. Long story short , this company will most likely dissolve so don?t bother!
