Do Not Work Here Where to even begin on the terrible environment of this company. I was hired and promised much more than I received. You are expected to be a slave for the designer you're assigned to and you are expected to be at their beck and call even when off the clock. The management is non existent as they seem to not know what in the world they are doing. I learned the job extremely quickly and dealt with a major language barrier while doing it. I did my job well even with dealing with ridiculous requests from the designers. Respect is non existent in this company and the owners of the company whom are also the designers, are some of the rudest people I have ever met. I learned while being there that my position in the last two years had been filled over 3 times because the designer is so difficult to deal with she wants everyone fired if she get rubbed the wrong way. Also they racially profile you and expect for you to fit a certain mold based on your race. I was all of a sudden let go after 4 months because "they could not afford me" but in reality that is their excuse for every person they let go when in really it is because the designer does not like you. I also know for a fact it was not because of this reason as three weeks later their was a job posting on indeed for my position. Also they mix politics in the business which is something that should not even matter in the wedding industry and if you weren't a left wing liberal you were already considered an outsider and they made sure you would know that you were. Overall the worst experience and a joke of a company. They market themselves as designers to "million dollar weddings" but they leave everything to last minute and are constantly screwing up behind the scenes. Also clean your offices you're not only rude but filthy people.
