Pay is not consistent with role norms, and responsibilities. Will interview quality qualified candidates but will not move forward with offers for extended periods of time, causing a loss of really good candidates. Right people are in wrong roles because people are not hired in their area of strength or are moved around based on the temporary needs of the business. This created confusion, and gaps in processes. Some none management personnel are wearing way too many hats. The owner's religious beliefs are very apparent in the company's policy, which are oppressive to women (unfortunately). You could very easily, accidentally be in violation of policy and not even know it due to this.
