Don?t work here! Do not work at PCE unless you want to be completely overworked and underpaid. Case load is around 20 families- which means 40 visits per month! Then good luck filling out you?re mileage and tracking everywhere you drive to ensure that you are reimbursed. Performance evaluations are based off of supervisors opinion and there?s no evidence to back up the score you receive. They basically just check off boxes. Problem is that evaluation determines you?re yearly merit increase. NO RAISES. Turnover rate is a joke. Supervisor constantly changes or is absent. I would not recommend this job to anyone!!!! Management is not supportive and does not address situations appropriately!!!! Incredibly rude staff.
