dont even try horrible culture. horrible benefits. HR seems to be working against employees, no real care or concern for anyone other than partners. Senior management and project management is dysfunctional and a joke. no one seems to have a good handle on growth. they would rather hire than promote. high turnover of staff, constantly hearing of people trying / wanting to leave, very low moral. no career path. pay and bonus structure is a joke. Overall a loud obnoxious unprofessional environment.
