Founder is a man with his arms tied and a fake American Accent. No point of view for employee. HR has no idea why they are hired for. They only make fake promises with people at the time of interview and once you are in, you will start feeling cheated. No employee engagement or team building programs. No favorable working environment. No one has any clue on what they are working upon. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company, except that there will be no dues paid. Average life of a good employee is max 6 Months. The probation period is 6 months in which you have only maximum of one leave per month. If you exceed one leave per month, it will result in immediate loss of pay. Meaning, if you fall sick for a week, expect to be left with half a month's salary.
