Dysfunctional All aspects about the call center working environment need to be addressed. It starts from the bottom and extends to the CEO. The low-level managers are over-worked and try their level best but upper management is of no value at all. Upper management makes it astoundingly clear that customer service representatives are to be treated like a necessary evil.
