Experience was bad Too much interference by top management. No trust on employees. Flexibility provided with lots of conditions. Mostly short term projects No defined career path as an employee. You will be forced to step everywhere and do all kinds of work which may not be interesting. Very less learning. Company is more or less run by candidate who does not have good managerial skills . Agree to lot of people in here who have complained about the work culture. Subordinates are not treated well and this is very true, PS : I left this company few months ago and wanted to leave feedback for the new potential OPT folks who may join this company at times to get a job desperately.
