High stress, low reward Salary is VERY far below the market average. Few vacation days (if you can even manage to take one given how busy you'll be). Subpar benefits. Code base is huge, messy, outdated, and hard to understand. Employees are forced to track their time and what they do during that time. If you want to grow as a developer, Acadaca is NOT a place you want to be. Although they write software, it is NOT a tech-first company. There is no shiny new tech to learn. You will be stuck learning skills, tools, and practices nobody in the marketplace has needed since 2010 at best. There is not much potential for growth within the company either.
