Horrible company to work for Management is delusional. The company has zero direction Below average pay for the work being asked to accomplish. Sales staff is allowed to bring their dog into work, which is highly unprofessional. Sales staff is also rude and abusive to other employees, and insults employees. Impossible deadlines to meet, sales and management over-promise and then blame the team when they can't deliver. CEO is a coward that hides behind his desk when customers come looking for an explanation as to why their project has taken 2 years to complete. CEO pushes his responsibility off on project managers.
