Horrible Environment, Mostly Horrible People Have to wait a year until you get vacation time/benefits. - Lots of racism, sexism, and close-mindedness floating around the office. - People's moods determine how nice they are to their coworkers. Very little respect for each other. - There's not really any chance for advancement unless one of the project managers suddenly quits (even then it's unlikely). The boss will just bring in family/friends to replace them anyway so you'll be kept on the bottom rungs. - Low pay and they like to avoid giving out any raises.
