Horrible experience The place is like high school, there are cliques and you know when they talk about you. No training whatsoever, basically sink or swim on connect wise. They do not make you feel part of the team when they hardly talk to you, except when there is a ticket and they have questions. Their pay is very below average for the experience brought. They DO NOT provide a company laptop, so if you have to go on site you have to bring your own. They do not advise their financial customers on government required compliance, I do not think they know what those compliance standards are to begin with. They say they take security seriously, but they really dont (see personal laptop for work use), they dont have any security tools or monitoring, other than the AV they use. They will assign you a project which you clearly state you have little experience with, and they will stab you in the back first chance they get to blame you for not meeting deadlines, and offer zero assistance. They will also make you serve on the on call roster if you are a part time employee so watch out
