Horrible place to work. Upper management couldn't care about the direct care staff if their lives depended on it. Pay is too low, no benefits ( I had to find other health insurance because I couldn't afford the my employer's healthcare), the staff to client ratio is sometimes 1:20 if there is too many staff out at one time. Staff are immature and have no idea how to take initiative or think for themselves.
