Horrible place to work Horrible environment. Paralegals are treated like second class citizens who can easily be replaced. I was pursuing my education while employed there and asked for a slight modification to my schedule to accommodate a class I wanted to take. (i of course would still be working my full hours for the week, just tweaking when I came in and left 2 days.). That request was summarily denied. To be fare, the partner I reported to has since been fired, so maybe the entire firm isn?t awful.
