House of Cards with horrible culture My time at Convercent was awful on so many levels, I would never recommend anyone working there. The turnover is horrendous, nearly my entire team including leadership turnedover in under 6 months. My biggest issue with Convercent was that they preach ethics and "putting ethics at the center of business" but they do not operate that way in the least. I was told by management on several occasions to lie or mislead people to get a sale. I was so stressed out the entire time I was with the company because I felt that I had to compromise my integrity. It was also extremely micromanaged to the point that there were certain words we couldn't say. I had so much hope going into Convercent and genuinely wanting to make a difference in the world but the truth is this company does not care about people or ethics they care about money.
