I would recommend finding a different place to work
Toxic work environment that borders on unethical. Outsourced HR that is entirely unhelpful. High burn-out culture with a lot of turnover. High expectations with little clarity on what success means within the company. Teams are consistently understaffed and overworked resulting in rapidly increasing responsibilities without reflection in compensation or benefits. Budgets are mismanaged, and priority is placed on high-salary-low-output staff.
