It is a mess Poor leadership, hardly any real management. Most managers very inexperienced. It was a relatively large company being run completely reactively vs proactively. There's a mountain of technical debt to deal with. Zero product innovation - "viewability" was cool and important to brands a few years ago, but not anymore. Any semblance of a "culture" is nonexistent. Slow to promote, raises extremely rare. Getting acquired by Oracle only made most problems worse. All this leads to low morale and a steady flow of people out the door.
