Just bad all around. ADAMS lacks even the most basic business strategy, organizational leadership, and HR standards. The company is a good ole boys club with zero accountability across the organization. C-level, VPs, Exec. Directors, and Directors are perpetually out of touch, reaching any of them by phone or email is near-impossible. Reporting to a Vice President, I needed to be able to access my manager with questions, concerns, ideas, and updates regularly - I was lucky to touch base with that person even once per week, sometimes going multiple weeks without ever hearing from them. The company has countless bad client references and employees are leaving in droves.
