Ugh.... -Scheduling: Everyone works the same shift. No overlap, meaning mandatory overtime. This also meant there were awkward times where there was nothing to do because too many people were there. -Security protocols dictate you can't enter unless you scan your keycard. But the person who makes the keycard refuses to come to work to male them for new hires and NO ONE ELSE can make them. -Some management is good. Some managers were disconnected from what was going on. As long as you didn't complain, you liked them. Some management berated you in public, made you feel like an idiot, and would send employees home in tears. And still they let that behavior slide while disconnected management sat there and scratched their heads like they never heard it before. I never walked out on a job before until I worked there.
