High turnover rate - as mentioned in another review, you will become the most senior member of your team VERY quickly. No potential to learn from more senior team members, as there usually aren't any. Lack of documentation and best practices. No opportunity for advancement or ability to keep up with changing tech. CEO changes entire direction of the company on a whim, unilaterally. Not just as a one-off - this happened multiple times during my tenure. No 401k matching and non-competitive pay.
